Our family is so excited that we will be oming to visit friends and family from the middle of September through December 28th. We have not been to the U.S. in over 2 years due to the COVID-19 situation. We currently have plans to be in Birmingham, ATL, Tuscaloosa, Seattle, and of course Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Because of the COVID pandemic there are a lot of requirements that we have to fulfill, and so the cost of our trip is quite expenisive. Here is a breakdown of our approximate costs.
US Trip Costs
Round trip airline tickets Thailand to Dallas =$4,700
COVID negative test – 5 times per person =$2,000
Hotel for quarantine 14 days in Thailand =$2,500
Rent Van to get to Bangkok for flight =$400
Flight Phuket to Chiang Rai or rent car =$500
Round trip Dallas/Seattle 4 people $1,000
Additional Insurance to cover in U.S. = $1500
