Eden House Needs a Facelift!
As Eden House just celebrated its 25th Anniversary, we realize that we are getting old!! :) We have been having roof leakage issues in all 3 houses that the girls reside in. Also, the once bright blue roofs that everyone recognized Eden House by are now quite black as a lot of the roof's paint has worn off. We are wanting to give Eden House a facelift!
This is the breakdown of the costs to repaint the roofs and fix the leaks in the roofs:
- House 1: 72,000 baht = $2,120
- House 2: 57,000 baht = $1,675
- House 3: 57,000 baht = $1,675
Total roof repair: 186,000 baht = $5,500

We also need to make some electrical repairs that will cost $3,000

Grand total for roofs and electrical work $8,500

YWAM deducts 3% of the amount donated for an administrative charge. For larger donations it is best to send a check so we receive 100% of the donation amount.
