We have been been incredibly blessed by the Northlake Christian Church in Bothell, WA! From March 17-27, 2018 we had an amazing team of 16 people come and bless Eden House. Before they even came they fund-raised and were able to gift a new playground to Eden House!
During their 11 day stay they displayed the love and servant-heart of Christ to the Eden House girls and staff, they taught the Eden House girls and staff about CPR and also taught about basic medicine at a village in the hills. They all used their talents from God to help bless others-from teaching God's Word, helping with worship, sharing their testimonies, helping nurse sick ones, or laying tile and concrete.
Although our time together was short we will forever have memories together of elephant riding, going to the Queen's gardens, playing badminton, doing crafts, making paper, and eating ice cream together to name a few. We love you guys
(An update from a summer volunteer: Hi, I do art with the younger girls every Friday, and the art supplies you left have been invaluable, especially the paints! Thank you for continuing to bless us even months after your time here!) .
